Laurel Haag

Laurel Haag, co-founder of Buchsbaum & Haag, is an experienced litigator whose practice is exclusively devoted to representing employees in all areas of employment law matters. She routinely handles employment lawsuits involving claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, including misclassification, unpaid overtime and meal/rest period violations, PAGA, class actions and whistle-blowing matters. Ms. Haag has obtained millions of dollars in trial verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients.

Prior to starting Buchsbaum & Haag, she was a partner at the law firm of Carlin & Buchsbaum, where her practice was focused solely on employment law on behalf of employees. Before then, she worked at a large firm on the management side. This experience provided a unique perspective and insight to both sides – the employee and the employer, which is an advantage when litigating these employment matters.
