Attendance or participation in schools, churches, temples, mosques, or other religious institutions generally used by persons of a national origin group

A name that is associated with a national origin group

It is also unlawful to discriminate based on an employee’s or applicant’s immigration status unless an employer can show by clear and convincing evidence that such discrimination is required to comply with federal immigration law.
